Our Training Approach
We firmly believe in training people in skills that we actually use and apply on a regular basis ourselves. This has three major benefits:
1. It enables us to train confidently working from personal experience.
2. We can work with delegates on implementable, current solutions, tactics and tools that are practical and can be applied by delegates as soon as they return to their desks.
3. This helps them to see the value of the training in a realistic working context so that they can immediately implement the skills, tools, and techniques and therefore help you recover your training investment far more rapidly.
All our trainers include first hand practical examples and plenty of anecdotes alongside their presentation of core skills. The actual course work includes both instruction elements and practical application of the skills to real life situations provided by you and / or your delegates themselves in advance. On the few occasions where such tailoring and adaptation of the interactive elements is not possible, we will use case study materials based on real life scenarios that map your organisation and situation as closely as possible. We also work hard to make the training workshop insightful, relevant, informative and, very importantly, fun for those participating.
Delegates typically come away inspired, enthusiastic, informed and keen to implement the ideas that they have learned.
Not only do we provide in house workshops carefully adapted to your needs, but, through our association with Frost and Sullivan, opportunities for you to participate in open or public courses (to visit the Frost and Sullivan website and find out more about their marketing training programme click here). We have also be one of the pioneers of the concept of blended learning combining use of webinars and on-line learning, with personal coaching, training room sessions and the latest communications technology.
